Description
We are looking for Service Advisors to join our Team at Bedford.As a Service Advisor you will be part a team working to make a real difference to our patients in support of the NHS.
Our Service Advisors answer non-emergency calls from patients and healthcare professionals covering prescriptions and dental services and welfare checks for patients who are waiting for the GP Out of hour's service to contact them.
There is no requirement for any health knowledge, just a willingness to learn as we provide training and on-going support.
The Service Advisor will assist with the smooth running of the NHS 111 Contact Centre, which takes non-emergency health calls on behalf of the NHS.
Service Advisors handle calls from patients and healthcare professionals relating to prescriptions and dental services and make welfare check calls to patients waiting for clinical call-back.
Service Advisors may also undertake basic administrative duties as advised by the Shift Manager.NHS Pension Scheme. NHS Blue Light Card, Employee Benefits scheme
