    Position:Sales Negotiator

    Location:Beeston/Leeds

    Salary:£23000 to £25000 Basic (Dependent onExperience)

    OTE:£30000

    Are you ready toembark on an exciting journey in the world of property We areseeking a motivated and highly organised Sales Negotiator to joinan exceptional brand in Beeston Leeds.

    Committed to deliveringtopnotch service this brand is dedicated to fulfilling promises andexceeding expectations. If you've got at least 6 months ofexperience as a sales negotiator this could be the perfect role foryou.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide toptiercustomer service and nurture positive relationships with vendorsand purchasers.
    Coordinate viewingsand host open days to showcase properties in the bestlight.
    Offer valuableadvice and guidance to vendors and purchasers regarding propertysales andpurchases.
    Master the art ofnegotiation to seal deals that benefit all partiesinvolved.
    Prepare present andnegotiate offers counteroffers and other proposals withfinesse.
    Proactively lookingfor new opportunities to include Mortgages and Conveyancing.
    Champion salesprogression to ensure smooth transactions from start tofinish.

    Requirements:

    At least 6 monthsof experience in estate agency armed with property knowledge andtopnotch customer careskills.
    Possess strongnegotiation communication and interpersonal skills to navigate thelandscapeeffectively.
    Thrive bothindependently and as part of a collaborativeteam.
    Demonstrateexcellent organisational and time management skills to jugglemultiple tasksseamlessly.
    Approach challengeswith an analytical mindset and master the art ofproblemsolving.
    Driven andmotivated to reach the pinnacle of success in the Estate Agencyarena.

    Hours:

    Monday to Friday: 9am5:30pm

    Saturdays (1 in 3): 9am12pm
