- Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates and cost.
- Reviews, updates and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
- Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts, reports non-conformance's.
- Assist finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
- Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiency's.
- Purchase lamination adhesives.
- Control inventory level vs budget.
- SAP experience would be beneficial but training will be provided
- Stong computer skills Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Being able to talk and work well with team members
- Able to prioritise
- Numerate and analytical skills
