    We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Payments Officer on-site in Mayfair, London to join our busy Payments team.

    00 pm FriDutiesRespond promptly to emails from various stakeholders, including front office personnel, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

    Field incoming callsMaintain accurate and organised records of email correspondence, GPI trackers, and other relevant documentation to support the payments team.

    Provide flexible support to the payments team as needed, participating in additional tasks or projects that contribute to the overall success of the team and the organisation.

    Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to pursue relevant certifications or training.
    Good level of Microsoft ExcelProficient at establishing credibility quickly and building relationships with a range of stakeholders.
