Your role
We are looking for someone to support the business by:

  • Delivering proactive plans and prioritizing all available resource to ensure efficient delivery and management of the customer demand in line with our objectives and KPIs
  • Driving the adoption of new commercial and sourcing practices with our 3rd party procurement partner
  • Improving operational execution and oversight of performance of our 3rd party procurement partner
  • Knowledge of contract law and legal knowledge relevant to supply chain
  • A proven track record in taking ownership for resolving issues within a supply chain services in a 3rd party environment
  • Experience of contributing to the design and implementation of a variety of supply chain operating models, such as LEAN, Value stream mapping, customer engagement strategies Agile

Your team
You will report to the manager of the Supply Chain Delivery team.
The team is part of the Supply Chain organization, an established function in Group Corporate Services (GCS).

Supply Chain was created to enhance value identification and delivery withinGCS, supporting UBS with its third party vendor management as well as with its Real Estate and Outsourcing footprint.


Supply Chain provides four services:

Category & Supplier Management, Regional Procurement, Vendor Risk Management and MDS Governance; and includes a Commercial Support and Transformation team.


Your experience and skills

You have:

  • Experience with technology, professional services and outsourcing procurement sourcing
  • Supply Chain process to business strategy
  • Designing and redesigning customer engagement strategies
  • Experience of managing 3rd party outsourced procurement contracts
  • Experience of using SAP Ariba in a procurement operations context

You are:

  • A great communicator, you know how to engage with stakeholders and build networks
  • Extremely proactive and a team player, with a strong sense of ownership
  • An analytical and conceptual thinker, with the ability to break down complex issues
