We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join a team working for a company who operate on a nationwide scale, managing projects ranging in value from £3k to £3m.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in assisting Project Managers and Key Account Managers in delivering these projects successfully.

Project Co-ordinator- The Role:
Provide administrative support across a variety of systems integration projects
Monitor management systems to ensure compliance with QA procedures
Update project plans and programmes
Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding document control
Track project progress and raise issues
Prepare Health and Safety related documentation for site works
Support general office administration tasks
Project Co-ordinator- The Person:
~ Good planning, organisational and time management skills
~ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
~ Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project
~ Ability to act on own initiative
~2-3 years experience in an engineering administrative role
