The CLA (Country Land and Business Association) is recruiting a CRM Campaigns Manager permanently in London to drive engagement with their members throughout the membership lifecycle.


The CRM Campaigns Manager will work closely with the Commercial Director, the broader marketing team and CLA's data-rich CRM System, Microsoft Dynamics, to generate engaging and relevant communications with members.

Their members are a vibrant communityof 28,000 landowners, farmers, rural business owners and professionals connected to the countryside.

Recent topical campaigns include new farming technology, solar and wind farms, rural regeneration and sustainable farming.

**The primary responsibilities of the
CRM Campaigns Manager include the following**: - Working with the Commercial Director and broader marketing team, develop and execute marketing strategies to decrease churn and drive revenue.

  • Manage activation, engagement and churn management campaigns for the member base, working alongside Member Relationship Managers in the regions.
  • Analyse campaign performance and trends to develop insights and make strategic recommendations for future campaign optimisation.
  • Develop and manage segmented customer lifecycle campaigns.
  • Produce monthly MI reports to record new joiners and lapsers.
  • Own the execution of AB and multivariate testing.

Essential skills and experience required of the CRM Campaigns Manager:

  • Must possess strong analytical and planning skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and turn data into actionable insight.
  • Membership organisation experience is essential.
  • Experience in campaign creation with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to deadlines.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail is essential.
  • Experience planning and executing CRM campaigns to grow revenue and customer loyalty is critical.
  • Instinctively collaborative.
