    Description

    MCS Group is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join a global law firm on a 2-year fixed-term contract.

    This Desktop Support Engineer will be focused on ensuring internal systems users have a great user experience, and have their tickets and issues resolved in a timely, and efficient manner.

    This Desktop Support Engineer will have solid Second Line Support Experience and have worked closely with a 3rd line team.

    Hybrid working model - 3 days on-site in Belfast City Center
    ~ 2-year FTC - but a high likely hood it will be made permanent or you will be allowed to look at other areas of the business that can use your skills after this time frame

    You will be providing support for Windows 10/11
    You will provide technical support to internal customers, assisting them by phone, email, and face-to-face.
    This role is ideal for an experienced Second Line Support Engineer with some 3rd line support experience/exposure.
    Prior experience in supporting Windows 10/11 and working with SCCM is essential.
    You will have experience in packaging and deploying applications.
