Description

In this role, your talent for rapport building, including traits of customer service, is vital, in order to create new accounts for customers.

You should be an excellent communicator who can grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them.

If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, it would benefit this role but is not compulsory.


Main duties and responsibilities:
-


  • Develop a strong rapport with non existing customers with the aim to create new business
  • Take accountability for the delivery of your sales and individual targets.
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunity through: RFM analysis from customer databases
  • Reachingout to lapsing and lapsed accounts
  • Researching and prospecting new customers and then contact them
  • Identifying potential partners, then negotiating and securing contracts with them
  • Managing relationship with new clients

What we are looking for from you:

  • Competitive, results-oriented
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, for example in: Maintenance of customer contacts and followingup opportunity and meeting quote deadlines
  • Able to work under own initiative or part of a team and to tight deadlines
  • Thorough attention to detail
  • Flexibility and openness to change
  • Ability to take initiative

Experience we are looking for:


  • Outbound sales experience
  • B2C/B2B
  • A proven sales record
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication
  • Customer focused and highly motivated to problem solve

Salary:
£21,550.00-£25,500.00 per year
