We are looking for Band 6 Clinical Team Leaders on our Friendly Ward.

Situated in Farnham Road Hospital in Guilford; Victoria ward is an acute assessment and treatment ward specialising in the care of Older Adults with functional mental health issues.

We are a 20-bedded inpatient ward and we have an experienced and dedicated team which is passionate about giving high-quality, person-centred care.

We are looking for a confident nurse to help lead our team in the clinical aspects of delivering excellent care to maintain our high standards

You will need to have strong clinical skills as well as good organisational skills and we will support you to develop/strengthen your Leadership skills

The post involves role modelling excellent nursing care, maintaining high standards of care, and developing junior staff including students.

Excellent communication skills and confident use of IT are key to this role.
