Supporting the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and assuming responsibilities in their absence
Crafting and presenting a diverse range of dishes while supervising junior kitchen staff
Implementing strategies to monitor and optimise payroll and food costs
Conducting regular internal audits to uphold fire safety, health & safety, and food hygiene standards
To be successful in this role you should have at least two years of experience as a Sous Chef in a similar setting, along with a deep understanding of ingredients and familiarity with local food trends and history.
