They are currently seeking an enthusiastic Contested Probate solicitor to join their Commercial Litigation Team in Leicester.They have a highly regarded Legal 500 private client department. They often deal with HNW individuals who have national and international assets and interests. You will sit as part of their litigation team dealing solely with a contentious probate caseload. As well as local clients, the firm enjoys a market leading online presence and you will represent clients from all over England & Wales
They are considering individuals with a range of experience but are ideally looking for someone who is newly qualified and has already gained contested probate experience.
Dealing with a range of commercial and civil disputes, insolvency matters, property litigation and commercial debt recovery.This is a role that will grow with you and you will also have the opportunity to learn and grow in relation to other matters that may cross over with a particular case.
Many of our current partners trained with the firm and progressed to Head of Team or Board member positions, so the opportunities really are there for promotion.
