Position:
Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified)

Location:
Southampton

Job Type:
Day to day, short-term and long-term opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Provide highquality care and education to children in line with EYFS guidelines.
Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's development across all areas.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
Maintain a safe and stimulating environment, ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times.
Regularly assess and record children's progress, keeping accurate records of their development.

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in childcare (or equivalent).
Experience working in a nursery setting, with a sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
Passionate about providing highquality care and education to young children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
