We are looking for an enthusiastic customer focussed Engagement Support Officer to join our Tenant Participation Team.

The focus of this role involves supporting tenant participation activities including Housing Forums and panels. These are meetings involving residents, councillors and staff that consider local issues and housing services.

You will be responsible for organising meetings and venues, taking minutes and paying expenses.

There will be other administrative functions to support the wider Tenant Participation and Business Innovation Service, for example maintaining databases, organising and supporting events, maintaining financial records, monitoring and financial transactions.

Working as part of a small team, you will be motivated, have a sound working knowledge of administrative functions and Microsoft office, together with good customer service skills to help support the delivery of high-quality services.

You will be required to attend a number of early evening meetings and to travel across the city in order to attend meetings as necessary.
