- Manage engineering projects at the Girvan grain distilling site outside of regular maintenance scope.
- Implement engineering activities to address plant issues, capacity increases, health & safety, and environmental improvements.
- Create an optimal and sustainable plant/infrastructure setup.
- Identify development plans for site Master Plans with relevant budgets and justification.
- Provide detailed data for project prioritization and manage project progression.
- Identify suppliers, optimize sourcing, and deliver projects to meet operational requirements.
- Degree qualified or equivalent in project management.
- Specialized in electrical engineering.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of health & safety/environmental compliance.
- Proficient in Continuous Improvement techniques and analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
