Our Asset Management team manage, maintain and invest in our property assets to make sure that our properties provide attractive, good quality homes for our residents and future customers.

About the Role
The role of Repairs Planner is to provide a repair and change of tenancy service to our customers

This includes:

Reactive repair scheduling/follow on appointments
Coordinating, planning and managing operatives diaries
Change of tenancy/mutual exchange processing
Updating and maintaining records in line with the Scottish Social Housing Charter (ARC)
Liaising with tenants and operatives on a regular basis
Prioritising and cross referencing data from multiple sources/systems

About You

We are looking for a proactive team player with the ability to work in a fast paced role with constant collaboration with stakeholders, a high attention for detail and a solutions focused approach.

You will have a passion for excellent customer service and have worked in a customer focused role.

You'll also have strong IT skills, be able to prioritise and the ability to plan and organise your own workload.

You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
