- Facilitating business decision-making by evaluating solution options.
- Managing stakeholders effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Eliciting, analysing, and specifying business requirements, utilizing various techniques and tools.
- Ensuring requirements traceability and supporting changes through to realization of benefits.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services industry preferred.
- Proficiency in customer journey mapping, process modeling, data modeling, stakeholder management, and traceability matrix.
- BA Professional Certification (e.g., CBAP, BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis) preferred.
- Strong toolkit of BA techniques for requirement elicitation, analysis, and management.
- Experience in full project lifecycle management.
