    Our unwavering commitment to innovation has firmly established us as a global industry pioneer. Now, we're on the lookout for an exceptional Technical Director to lead our Compiler Engineering team, spearheading the development and enhancement of our advanced compiler technology.

    Position Overview

    As the Director of Compiler Engineering, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our Machine Learning compiler technology. You'll lead a talented team in designing, developing, and optimising compilers tailored for AI at the Edge. Your role will involve setting strategic directions, overseeing the development lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of our compiler solutions into our product suite.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead and mentor the Compiler Engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in compiler design, optimization, and performance.

    Define and execute strategies for advancing compiler technology, aligning with industry trends, and meeting business objectives.

    Oversee the design, development, and optimization of compilers to support AI-centric applications and workflows.

    Collaborate closely with Research & Development, Engineering, and Product teams to align compiler technology with product goals and market demands.

    Drive innovation and efficiency in compiler design, performance, and optimization techniques.

    Qualifications and Technical Requirements:

    MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields with 8-10 years of industry experience.

    Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in compiler engineering or related technical fields.

    Expertise in compiler design, optimization, and development, with a deep understanding of compiler architecture, LLVM/Clang, and optimization methodologies.

    Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).

    Familiarity with ML compilation frameworks like Apache TVM and MLIR.

    Strong knowledge of parallel computing, vectorization, and optimization techniques for modern CPU/GPU architectures.

    Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and integrate compiler solutions into product offerings.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of driving innovation in a dynamic environment.

    Additional Information:

    This role will involve close collaboration with various teams, including Research & Development, Engineering, and Product, to ensure the alignment of compiler technology with product goals and industry advancements.
