Overview:

Job Responsibilities:
The role holder will be expected to be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting the HR team with the recruitment process following a detailed start to finish onboarding programme.
  • Supporting with various administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters / standard terms and conditions of employment, right to work checks and the loading and inputting of new starters onto our HR system.
  • Maintaining accurate personnel records and uploading detailed information onto Efiles.
  • Maintain HR Systems and Files to ensure they are correct, up to date and compliant with current legislation.
  • Uploading job adverts onto our internal system and job boards such as LinkedIn.
  • Complete all onboarding checks, including preemployment Right to Work, new starter checklists and payroll notifications.
  • To handle personal data in accordance with the companies Data Protection Policy and Data Retention Guidelines (GDPR).
  • Support with general HR and Talent Acquisition administrative tasks.

Job Skills & Experience Required:
To succeed in this role, you'll need the following:


Qualifications:


  • Good standard of secondary education, A Level/NVQ level Preferred
  • Obtained, studying towards, or interested in securing a CIPD qualification
  • Accredited on the Microsoft Office 365 suite of programmes desirable
Required Training or

Qualifications:


  • Henry Schein suite of compliance training upon commencement of role

Experience:


  • Previous recruitment administration experience is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience working in a confidential environment where discretion is key
  • An indepth knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel & Outlook)
