- Manufacture products following company processes.
- Operate and adjust settings on food processing machinery, particularly an extruder.
- Maintain factory standards to industry food standards.
- Collaborate with the production and technical teams on new products and process improvements.
- Complete production and cleaning records.
- Liaise with management, suppliers, and contractors.
- Uphold factory standards, procedures, and product development.
- Permanent, full-time role with core working hours.
- Shift patterns may include nights and weekends, with some overtime required.
- Located on Norwich outskirts
- 3-month probationary period.
- Extrusion experience
- Food production or equivalent qualifications/experience.
- Personable demeanor with the ability to work in a team or independently.
- Familiarity with food industry accreditations and regulations (e.g., BRCGS, HACCP).
- Attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines, and physical fitness.
