Walker Rubber are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team.The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all commercial activities within the company, ensuring profitability and growth.
If you have a genuine curiosity in how things work and solving problems, whilst having an ability to make conversation with a wide range of people, this could be the opportunity you are looking for.
You will have a large appetite to learn and develop whilst being diligent, ambitious, and driven.We are a small, hardworking, straight-talking team and it is important we find the right person to join the company to fulfil this key role.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years business to business sales and/or marketing experience within an engineering or manufacturing business.
Preferably the candidate will have a further education qualification in business management and marketing. This role could be the ideal step for someone into their first management role.What we do:
