Assistant Manager - Trampoline Park in Sunderland

Up to £25,000 basic salary
As an Assistant Manager you will work alongside the management team to provide support to the entire park.

You should have the ability to see every situation from the customers point of view and have natural flair for going above and beyond the expectationsof our customers.

As well as maintaining all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to at all times safety and that the park runs smoothly throughout opening hours.

You will be asked to ensure all staff are undertaking and completing their designated rolesand mentoring and training them.

What you'll be getting up to;

Delivering fantastic service so our customers have a great visit and want to return
Lead, direct and motivate the Crew Members to ensure a quality service delivery
Maintain a high profile throughout the facility and respond positively to customer needs, expectations and ensuring the business is operating to brand standard
Ensuring the site is safe and secure, putting Health & Safety of colleagues and customers at the forefront of what you do
Preempting any problems that may occur and putting permanent fixes in place. When problems do occur, take ownership to resolve problems and empower the team to do the same
Opening and closing the park, undertake cash and transaction reconciliation and ensure cash security is maintained and financial procedures are complied with when required
Being fully hands on with the day to day running of the park

_Requirements;_

At least 2 years' experience in a leisure, recreation or retail supervisory role, **previous managerial experience essential._
A First Aid at Work Qualification, or willingness to undertake a First Aid at Work course._
Will be required to undertake a DBS check._
