    Description

    A long-established and highly-regarded organisation are looking for an exceptional Paralegal to join their London office for a potentially lucrative 12 Month FTC (possibly extended). The legal team is small, and so the role will provide a great level of legal exposure and also exposure to some corporate secretariat duties too.

    The incoming candidate must have excellent analytical skills, proofreading skills and be happy to get involved with legal administrative tasks.

    The role is London-based, and candidates must be willing and able to work full-time in the London office. That said, when the workflow allows, there may be some flexibility on this.

    Applicants should have 1-2 years paralegal/legal admin experience, and will have some experience of dealing with basic commercial contracts using templates. Good academics, and exemplary IT, Communicative and Organisational skills are essential.
