The Gaming team at Trilitech has collaborated with other Tezos ecosystem entities to achieve several large, high-profile partnerships for the Tezos blockchain project.
As a Community Manager, you will be the driving force behind nurturing and expanding the Tezos gaming community across major platforms such as Discord and Twitter.
Your mission will be to nurture a dynamic and engaging ecosystem while providing robust support to our partnered games in leveraging the power of their communities for maximum impact.
This pivotal role involves fostering synergies among diverse user bases and ensuring that every game launched on the Tezos platform contributes to and benefits from a cohesive and influential community network.
Developing and implementing community management strategies for Tezos gaming on key social platforms, with a focus on Discord and TwitterServing as the engaging face of the Tezos gaming community, fostering an inclusive and active environment for gamers
Offering strategic advice and hands-on support to our partner games in developing and enhancing their Web3 and community-side marketing efforts on Discord and Twitter
Identifying opportunities for community growth and engagement, implementing initiatives that bring together users from various games within the Tezos ecosystem
Monitoring community sentiment and feedback, providing insights to internal teams to guide game development and marketing strategies
Organising and coordinating community events, AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and other engagement activities to strengthen community bonds and increase visibility
Collaborating with Marketing, Development, and Support teams to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to community management and user experience across all platforms
Previous experience in community management within the gaming space, with a strong track record of growing and engaging online communities
Deep understanding of Discord and Twitter with expertise in leveraging these platforms for community building
Strong community skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, and to moderate discussions effectively
Track record of hosting virtual community events, competitions, and activities that drive engagement
Familiarity with blockchain and Web3 technologies and understanding of their impact on gaming communities and marketing strategies
Passion for gaming, with a keen insight into gamer culture and trends
Ability to connect with and unite diverse groups within gaming communities
