    Description

    THE FIRM

    An outstanding opportunity to join one of the prominent players in the Global Infrastructure & Energies market, working on both lending and advisory transactions. The energies team are looking to expand and as such, they are looking for a top-caliber project financier with exceptional technical skills to join their team at Vice President level.

    THE ROLE

    Broadly, the role will entail exposure to the entire deal structuring process, with the successful candidate actively contributing to the management of the transactions across advisory and lending. The key aspects of the role will include:

    · Origination of deals across the Energy sector

    · The ability to work independently and execute transactions unsupervised

    · Managing the preparation of investment committee papers for new opportunities

    · As part of a deal team, undertake detailed transaction due diligence, including the review and analysis of financial, legal, commercial, and technical reports.

    · Assist with business development

    · Mentor and develop more junior members of the team

    THE CANDIDATE

    · 6-9 years' of experience in Infrastructure Debt

    · Strong credit analysis skills and strong working knowledge of the infrastructure markets

    · Ability to run a deal from beginning to end

    · Experience on deals across Europe

    · Experience overseeing juniors in a team previously

    · Experience from a project finance bank is preferred

    · Quantitative analytical skills with experience of valuation and performance attribution
