Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for a new challenge?

Do you have a passion for customer service?

Avanti Personnel are working with a leading organisation who are currently looking to recruit a part time receptionist to assist with the dealerships customer experience.

Working on a busy reception your role will include:

Assisting with the drop off and collection of caravans at the dealership
Using an inhouse system, the creation of workshop job sheets
The management of an online diary
Invoicing and the handling of cash and card payments
Assist with the smooth running of the dealership, liaise with other departments, some occasional overtime may be required
Be accurate with data entry
Have superb customer service skills
Have a friendly and positive demeanor
Have the ability to cope well in busy situations
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working hours are two days a week; Friday & Saturday 8.30am - 5pm (Winter time) and 8.30am - 5.30pm (Summer Time)

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Salary:
£10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
