We are striving to do everything we can to ensure that our workforce is representative of the people we support, and those who support us.

We advocate for being an inclusive organisation, where everyone can feel that they belong and where there are no barriers to success.

We want every individual to feel empowered to bring their best to work, and that's why we offer flexibility in our working locations, working hours and benefits so we can support you in your life and your career, and we welcome a conversation about how these options can best support you.

We offer a range of flexible working patterns, such as compressed hours, e.g.

34.5 hours in 4 days instead of 5, flexibility to work earlier or later around our core working hours of 10am-4pm and more options.

About the role

Day-to-day you will be a Directors first point of contact for a range of administrative tasks, including meetings, events, travel, finance, HR, and recruitment.

You will use your skills and knowledge to provide effective support, to maintain excellent service and operational delivery for the relevant Directorate, and to aid delivery of their strategic objectives.

As a Personal Assistant you are part of a centralised Business Support Team, managed by a Team Leader. Working in partnership with other Personal Assistants and Executive Assistants you will uphold a high performing and self-sufficient culture.

About you
You will be able to demonstrate your flexible approach and experience of delivering in a matrix team.

You enjoy working at pace, trying new ideas, and learning and improving as you go to achieve the best results.
