RG Consultancy are recruiting for a purchase ledger clerk with experience.

You will be working for a well-established manufacturing company in the heart of Merseyside, where you will be part of a positive environment who are supportive of self-development.

You will work alongside and reporting to the accounts manager.


The role

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Matching invoices
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Payments to suppliers
  • Ensuring payments are made accurately, in a timely manner
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Dealing with enquiries and errors
  • Other administrative tasks

The person

  • Purchase ledger experience
  • Ability to work with good attention to detail
  • Good communicator
  • SAGE desirable
  • Good IT and excel skills

Working hours

  • Monday
  • Friday
  • Early finish on a Friday

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
