Operations Manager (Legal) - Birmingham
My client is a leading national law firm with multiple offices in the UK. They are renowned for the care of their staff as well as the work they do for their clients. The objective of the role is to be a pivotal part of the managerial team that delivers legal admin support to the firm across all of its offices.

Experience of managing business operations in a professional environment
Management of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset
Experienced at management of multiple work streams
Good people management experience, able to coach and train others
Able to analyse and present data in order to inform decision making and measure progress
Project management
Experience of working with highly sensitive and confidential information

Main Responsibilities

Ensure the delivery of excellent administrative support to legal teams across the firm
Improve processes and inefficiencies, recommending and implementing solutions where appropriate
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of team members at all levels
Be part of transformation projects, for example the implementation of new software and how this affects processes and procedures the team undertakes
Proactively use data, statistics and management information, preparing reports to inform decision making
Manage key suppliers and procurement processes
Support health and safety policies, ensuring compliance across the department
Work on ISO accreditations

Our core business hours are 9am - 5:15pm Monday to Friday, but they are open to other flexible options.
