    HR Business Partner - MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE

    Annapurna HR have been engaged to find a HR Business Partner on a 6-Month FTC project basis to join a leading consumer brand, based in London.

    Working in partnership with senior business leaders, the successful candidate will develop, influence and support on a number of HR projects and initiatives for the business, identifying people requirements and building solutions and programmes of work to meet local and organisational priorities.

    Role:

    • Lead on strategic HR initiatives in addition to providing day to day operational HR support and advice.
    • Ensure that managers are working within HR policies and processes and applying best practice.
    • Lead on and contribute to a variety of HR projects and initiatives, including restructures.
    • Develop, implement and continuously improve the People strategy in line with long-term business plans.
    • Issue Employee Relations advice and guidance in line with HR policy and procedures.

    Skills:

    • Previous experience in a HR Business Partnering position.
    • Experience working within a blended HR business partnering model, dealing with a broad range of strategic, transactional and operational HR issues.
    • Experience leading on end-to-end HR change and transformation projects.
    • Experienced user of HR Information Systems.
    • Strong communication skills and a high level of written communication.
