    About the Mortgage Administrator roleAs the Mortgage Case Manager you will work alongside the existing Specialist Sales Support team within the business.

    The role will cover work in our residential and buy to let mortgages, second charge mortgages, bridging finance and commercial lending divisions.


    Mortgage Administrator Key Responsibilities:

    Support to Specialist Consultants in the Billericay office, in the processing of specialist lending applicationsProviding support to routine administrative tasks, including data inputting and processingAssisting correspondence between the sales team and introducersManaging a busy inbox of external referrals for new enquiriesLiaising with lenders and third parties on behalf of the consultantsComplete MI tracking and business case level monitoringBooking appointments and managing the diary of the colleagues when requestedUndertaking basic administrative duties across the businessBooking appointments with lenders and clients where appropriateWorking in line with our FCA regulatory requirementsMortgage Administrator desired skills and experienceMotivated and focused self-starter who can learn new skills quicklyStrong organisational and communication skillsDetail oriented with commercial awareness of business requirementsA strong grasp of written English & Excellent proof-reading skillsComputer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPointThe motivation to go above-and-beyond for our customersAble to provide excellent customer serviceThe computer and numeracy skills needed to excel in a highly regulated environmentA flexible approach to work, and the ability to work well as part of a dynamic teamPositive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progressMortgage Administrator Package£22,000 – £30,000 depending on experienceUp to £6k Annual performance bonus 25 days holiday per year plus bank holiday6-month induction and probation (bonus scheme available on completion of probation)Funded CeMap training & excellent in house trainingCareer Progression within the Case Management team or to the Broker teamThink that this role is right for you?
