- Permanent
- Salary negotiable and will depend on experience
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:30 (45 hours per week)
- Manage all Service Department procedures with the aid of Workshop Controller
- Fully support the Workshop Controller, in their daily routine and take control of any ongoing issues or escalations
- Ensure service reception and workshop control manage planned events including MOT bookings, PMI's and services including workshop loading
- Dealing with customer queries and or complaints in a timely manner
- Management of the service department budget
- Take overall responsibility for depot including H&S, housekeeping, alarms and fire tests etc
- You must have a solid technical background in the HGV service sector to be considered for this role (essential)
- Able to communicate well with customers and colleagues alike via phone, email and face to face
- Experience of working at a similar level within the commercial vehicle industry
