What you will do:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts from non-disclosure agreements,bespoke contracts with third party providers to complex multi-party and jurisdictional supplyand licensing agreements.
Advising our various business departments on a range of commercial, advertising andmarketing, intellectual property, brand, privacy and data protection, e-commerce, and IT issues.
Advising on the Group's IP portfolio including domains, trademarks, and designs.Delivering the business with high quality and commercially pragmatic legal advice, particularlyin the areas of regulatory affairs, legal risk management, media, litigation and commercialcontracts.
Drafting and maintaining internal and customer facing policies and terms and conditions ofuse, promotional terms, and privacy policies.With the assistance of our compliance team, keeping abreast of all existing gaming regulation.
Co-ordinating with external legal counsel, ensuring maximum efficiencies of work performed.
Who you are:
A qualified solicitor with up to two years' post qualification experience in the UK or Gibraltar, with relevant experience of contract drafting and general commercial advice.
Experience of general commercial law, IP rights and a working knowledge of corporate, marketing and advertising laws would be an advantageClear and concise communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
A strong curiosity about how we operate our business and the markets we serve in order to develop innovative solutions.
Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
Confident to provide legal and commercially focused advice to colleagues in the business and can challenge stakeholders in a professional manner.
