This post is based at 2 High St, Perth and will provide project management support that enables the successful implementation of evidence-based PEF funded interventions at individual school level in Perth and Kinross.


This role will have direct management of a data analysis for improvement officer and report to the Raising Attainment Board and ECS Senior Management Team through the Service Manager (Secondary).


This role has responsibility for:
‒Creation of systems that effectively map and quantify interventions and associated professional learning developed by colleagues
- implementation of reporting and communication systems and activity to a wide range of stakeholders

‒ identification, analysis, mitigation and monitoring of risks relating to the implementation of PEF and SAC programmes
- supporting the training and development needs of staff delivering these interventions


Experience in producing complex plans and reports; proven IT skills and an ability to demonstrate a strategic awareness of issues, events and activities as well as the longer term impact or wider implications of these are key to success in this post.
