    Description
    We're on the lookout for a Field Sales Representative to join a long-standing, family-owned SME located in Lancashire.

    The ideal salesperson will hunt for new sales opportunities and seal deals to meet targets. You'll be in charge of the North region, including Greater Manchester / Merseyside / Leeds, playing a crucial role in boosting income by managing clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and overseeing product and service sales.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Utilize various sales methods to secure deals
    • Forecast sales, create innovative sales strategies, and assess their effectiveness
    • Understand customer needs, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets
    • Research accounts, follow leads, and attend events to stay informed
    • Provide feedback to management, update systems, and manage client database
    • Seek new business opportunities, handle quoting and follow-ups, manage emails, and collaborate with the team

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated field sales experience
    • Experience in selling technical products
    • Proven track record of exceeding quotas
    • Knowledge of various sales techniques and pipeline management
    • Computer literacy
    • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivation and a consultative selling approach
    • Product knowledge in transferable products (Fluid Powder products)
    • Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (flexibility required)

    Benefits:

    • Basic Salary £45,000 - £50,000 (OTE £65,000 - £70,000)
    • Company Car or Car Allowance
    • 23 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
