About the role


Join our Health and Safety team based in Brighton, where you'll be responsible for maintaining our Health and Safety management systems, conducting relevant training, while role modelling and encouraging a great safety culture.


  • Organise meetings with the Health, Safety and Wellbeing forum, draft and distribute agendas and meeting notes
  • Manage external stakeholders onsite visits and preparing relevant safety documentation.
  • Conduct site inspections, gather employee feedback and suggest safety improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, including toolbox talks, audits, and presentations.
  • Administer and update health and safety management systems, including assessments and policies.
  • Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and accidents, providing statistical reports.
  • Stay updated on new legislation and HSE regulations.
  • Respond to emergencies and contribute to safety objectives and business projects.
  • Weekly flexible travel to Eastbourne Factory.
