    Join our skilled Firmware Design team situated in Brighton, where you will collaborate with various departments within our development team to craft and enhance firmware for our product line.

    Adhere to the design and feasibility roadmap to meet project requirements, leveraging your knowledge of product ranges for successful execution.

    Engage closely with Development teams to exchange insights, propose remedies, and address potential risks.
    Provide clear and timely technical updates to project teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
    Understand and follow the company's design processes and protocols (PCP/ECR/ECO/PLM).
    Offer valuable inputs to elevate product quality by meticulously reviewing requirements, specifications, and designs.
    Develop and implement software for embedded systems and devices, from initial requirements to commercial deployment.
    Review and optimize code to enhance system efficiency, stability, and scalability, ensuring seamless software delivery.
    Validate new product designs and enhance I/O performance as needed.
    Collaborate with Hardware Design and Development teams to align requirements, ensuring maximum performance and functionality.
    Evaluate third-party and open-source software solutions for compatibility and suitability to project needs.
    Demonstrable recent experience in a Firmware Design role or equivalent capacity.
    An approach that fosters collaboration in projects and assignments.
