    Description


    Are you passionate about property and looking for your next career move?Our client, a growing independent, residential surveying practice with a great culture and realistic commission targets, has a really exciting opportunity for a full time or part time RICS qualified Surveyor with fantastic communication skills to join their expanding friendly and dynamic team.

    My client is open to candidates at Surveyor, Senior Surveyor and Managing Surveyor level.


    What you'll be doing:


    Reporting to the Surveying Director, you'll carry out RICS Home Surveys (level 2 and 3, depending on experience) and valuations for private customers and lender clientsAs well as Home Surveys and Valuations, you'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills in other areas e.g.

    Party Wall work, Leasehold enfranchisement, and drone surveys.


    Requirements:


    FRICS/MRICS/AssocRICS qualificationExperienced residential Surveyor with experience in level 2 (and ideally 3) surveys as well as valuation experienceYou'll be a real team player and have a passion for property and providing excellent customer serviceYou'll have a focus on quality inspection and reportingMy client are looking for someone who is a team player and who is keen to build their patch and generate leadsThe ideal candidate will be keen to continually develop their skills and come up with new and exciting ideasBenefits:Generous commission scheme, with realistic targets26 days' annual leave, plus public holidaysCompany pension scheme45p/25p per mile tax-free mileage allowanceEmployee Assistance ProgrammeIf this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please register with us and we will let you know of any suitable opportunities that become available.
