The role

Full time Monday to Friday
-
Part time
minimum 30 hours to be considered (over three days of your choice between Monday and Friday)

Working from a newly renovated office in Liverpool City Centre

Duties

Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
Provide excellent customer service to clients and potential customers
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist with inventory management and order processing
Help organize sales events or promotions

Experience

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not required
Basic math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and totals
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
