FIND are a specialist recruitment business serving the Human Capital markets.We're currently recruiting for a Director of Account Growth for a Technology Consultancy
What do these guys do?
Our client hires under-represented Grads in the Technology space (Women, BAME communities, social mobility etc.) - they train them to an exceptional industry standard and deploy them into FTSE 100 & 250 markets in the UK.
They are a group of Entrepreneurs, Educators & Technologists who are focused on making the Technology workforce a more inclusive place.
Role summary:
- Own & create the client growth strategy for all existing customers
- Inspire & coach a team of Account Managers, Account Directors & Client Partners
- Own the group account growth sales budget, reporting into a Global CRO
Role profile:
- Managing a team of 2 Team Leaders & c10 indirect
- Overall responsiblity for the existing client growth revenue line
- Reporting into a Global CRO, accountable for forecasting each account performance
- Hiring, coaching & mentoring a team of Account Managers & Directors
- Working closely on with the Director of Sales on the 'land and expand' client strategy
- Acting a senior sponsor & escalation point to client stakeholders
Salary & benefits:
- Basic salary £100,000 £150,000
- OTE c£80,000 Year
- Senior Management package healthcare, dental, pension etc.
