- Deliver effective and inspiring Physics lessons to students, ensuring their engagement and progression in the subject
- Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that fosters learning and encourages students to reach their potential
- Plan and prepare well-structured lessons, following the curriculum guidelines and adapting them to meet individual needs
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their academic development
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in department meetings to share best practices and enhance teaching methods
- Establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, fostering effective communication and cooperation
- Contribute to extracurricular activities, such as science fairs or physics clubs, to promote further engagement in the subject
- Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field, with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Proven experience as a Physics teacher, preferably within the primary or secondary education sector
- Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and understanding of effective teaching strategies in Physics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
- Organizational and time-management skills to plan and deliver well-structured lessons and meet deadlines
- Innovative and creative approach to teaching, incorporating interactive and practical methods to enhance student learning
