As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Officer.

The Role

Work closely with the HR Director and Manager to discuss staffing requirements and specific job objectives
Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
Stay uptodate on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other online platforms.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with a proactive and resultsoriented approach to recruitment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
