- Assisting with the launch and then ongoing implementation and management of legal contracts and document management plans, procedures and processes (including via the use of technology);
- Managing signatory processes for legal documents, including ensuring compliance with relevant signatory rules, authority levels and other controls; arranging electronic signatures or physical signatures when required;
- Storing signed documents, managing a document library, and extracting key data from completed documents for input into the technology platform;
- Completing KYC and other regulatory checks on counterparties;
- General support to the in-house Legal Team.
What skill-sets are we looking for?- Previous experience working as a contract manager or document controller;
- Proficient with all main applications in the MS Office environment; someone who is 'tech-savvy';
- Excellent organisational and administration skills, combined with a strong attention to detail;
- Team player, pro-active and self-motivated;
- Willingness to work with new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
You will report to a member of the legal team and form part of a friendly, collaborative and supportive legal team and business.Our client has a hybrid working policy with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
