    BRIDGING & DEVELOPMENT FINANCE BDM - REMOTE

    Our customer, with more than ten years of experience as a leading provider of short-term Bridging & Development finance, is expanding their team.

    If you're a seasoned Business Development Manager with significant experience and in-depth knowledge in Bridging and Development finance, we're interested in hearing from you.

    The Role:

    • Drive new business initiatives and provide short-term lending solutions for residential and commercial property developments.
    • Areas include refurbishments and ground-up projects across England, Wales, and Scotland.

    What's in it for you:

    • Attractive basic salary of £60k to £70k depending on experience.
    • Lucrative commissions - £90k/£100k.
    • Remote & flexible working post initial introduction to the business.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage deal inquiries with introducers and brokers.
    • Drive new business through various channels.
    • Demonstrate strong bridging knowledge and product matching skills.
    • Promote bridging products for different property types.
    • Meet yearly targets.
    • Conduct market research for new business opportunities.
    • Act as the main point of contact for brokers, intermediaries, and the team.
    • Collaborate with underwriters and case managers for efficient drawdowns.
    • Attend regular meetings and events.
    • Maximize Bridging & Development finance sales.
    • Achieve quarterly & annual targets set with the Managing Director.
