What you'll do


As the Personal Assistant, you will provide proactive, professional and confidential administrative PA support, to both the Head of Commercial & Marketing and Head of Strategic Programmes.


You will anticipate in advance their needs and plan accordingly, including maintaining diaries and scheduling meetings to ensure the best use of the Executive's time.

You will arrange meeting logistics and travel, attend meetings and capture actions, maintain org charts, process POs, and submit expenses for the Head of, as well as other ad hoc requests, whilst operating with a high degree of autonomy, pragmatism and flexibility.


You will have first class planning and organisation skills, and you will develop positive working relationships, specifically with the immediate Leadership teams, PAs and key contacts across Vodafone internally, as well as with external contacts.

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively within a team and enjoy being a team player.
  • Very well organised with ability to think ahead, anticipate issues and respond at speed. Forward planning is essential.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise across a range of conflicting interests, dealing with rapidly evolving priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
