To promote at all times a positive image of mental health services for other people and the wider Trust
Assessing risk
Adhering to mental capacity and mental health act.
Recognising potential signs of harm and ensuring patients are safeguarded.
Delivering and planning evidenced based care in collaboration with the patient, families and wider MDT.
Safe administration and storage of medicines.
The MDT team consists of medical staff, psychology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech and language services, dietetics and physical health care, due to this we are able to offer a comprehensive assessment of each patient and their individual needs.
Daily MDT report outs and discussions aid the holistic approach to our care on Roseberry and contribute to the effective treatment and management of each patient, whilst considering discharge planning throughout their in-patient journey.

Post-grad qualifications can be supported throughout your career pathway in mental health practice, as well as clinical skills or leadership & management skills, that can lead onto more senior roles within the organisation, helping you to identify and build upon a career pathway.
Future planning is supported by the Trust's Talent Management and Workforce Development Team, so we can continue to build upon our commitment of being well led and to deliver excellent care to our communities in either leadership & management or clinical practice modulesThis role involves working in a fast pace inpatient environment for 15 patients with mental health problems.
It involves the delivery of high quality interventions to meet the needs of the patient, developed in collaboration with the patient, their families and the wider MDT whilst following best practice guidelines.
This post is only open to those candidates who already have their NMC registration in place and have successfully completed the preceptorship programme.
Current professional registration with Nursing & Midwifery Council RNMH or RNLD (RNSC - CAMHS only ) - RGN (If appropriate - Advert must indicate if the role is open to RGN nurses to apply)
