A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our well established clients firm in their commercial property team in their Oldham Office

They are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor.

They require an experienced, enthusiastic and ambitious commercial property solicitor with at least 5 years PQE with a well-developed knowledge in all aspects of commercial propertywork.

The role will involve working with development and real estate work including site acquisition and plot sales, infrastructure agreements, conditional contracts, option agreements, buying and selling businesses, bank financing and commercial landlord andtenant work.
