Description

Our client is a specialist law firm headquartered in London with offices across the United Kingdom. They provide a full range of human rights services including personal injury, employment and discrimination and clinical negligence.

They are now looking to hire a Financial Reporting Analyst.

The purpose of this role is to produce accurate, efficient, and insightful financial information reports to support the Management Board and Senior Leadership Team to implement effective businessdecisions and strategies to enhance overall firm's performance.

The Financial Reporting Analyst has overall accountability for production, analysis, and comments on financial reports.

Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor team/department cost reports
Monthly and quarterly ONS Surveys
Assist in calculation of PSA tax
Monitoring and reporting on feeearner time recording, including variance analysis
Assist with Annual Budget schedules, income projections and expenditure forecasts
Assist with 'half year' financial review schedules to reproject income and costs
Assist in Payroll processing.
Update and maintain reports for external auditors.
Assist in preparing monthly KPI's
Assist in preparing schedules for 'Work In Process' (WIP) calculation of the firm
To support the FC & MA to improve the accuracy and efficiency of reports and statements
Produce ad hoc financial and nonfinancial
Work produced accurately and efficiently
Preferably AAT/part ACCA qualified
Timely of responses to requests
Ability to work on own initiative and propose solutions
Maintaining a flexible, responsive, and responsible attitude
Ongoing professional development and contribution to the firm's objectives
Good attendance and timekeeping
