- Technical Support: Provide first-class technical support, serving as a point of contact for network, printer, desktop, and laptop issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with external IT support partners, internal IT team members, and contribute to in-house projects.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate systems, software, and hardware projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, offering first and second line support, and implement effective solutions.
- Mentor and supervise our IT Technician, fostering their professional development.
- Maintain and develop our IT infrastructure, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Leadership: Step in for the IT Manager when needed, assuming leadership responsibilities in their absence.
- Level 4/5 ICT, Business, and Project Management qualifications .
- Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant experience with ongoing professional development.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Office 365, including MS Teams, and advanced Excel skills with Macro & Visual Basic programming abilities.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement.
- Driving Requirement: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for travel to regional depots.
