- Proven Quality Assurance experience in laboratory
- Good IT literacy skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to interpret technical documents (project plans, stability protocols, methods etc.)
- Good Grammar/Punctuation/Vocabulary
- Ability to identify trends and process improvements
- Experience working within a regulatory-compliant laboratory would be preferred
- Maintaining and improving our Pharmaceutical Quality System (e.g. SOPs, CAPA's, Change Control, deviations & Lab investigations)
- Supporting manufacturing and Qualified Person with review of batch documentation for Investigational Medicinal Product(s)
- Supporting Operation personnel with protocols, methods & specification and equipment maintenance, qualification and validation

This role is key in supporting our Quality Management System (QMS) and aiding continuous improvement across the company. Providing support to management and Operations personnel, you will drive quality, productivity, and process improvements in a fast-paced and data driven environment. Your role will encompass all our activities from sample receipt and manufacture through to analytical testing and reporting.
